Buying On Longboat

As your Buyer's Agent, we begin by asking a few questions so we can provide you with a summary list of qualified properties. You may direct us to preview properties on the list to eliminate those with tragic flaws or that may be misrepresented. You may further narrow the choices by requesting in-depth photographs that we will take and email to you.

From your final short-list we will perform a summary analysis of comparable properties for your review. This shows you how the listing price relates to recent selling prices, lists comparative costs per square foot, days on market and recent discount levels off the listing price. We can also set up real-time, automatic email notification of new properties that meet your criteria and changes in price or terms of those already on your short list.

When you're ready to view properties in person, you will have a short list of qualified properties with an insight into the market value for each. Since Longboat Key is a small geographic area, plan to tour 3 to 5 properties in a morning or an afternoon. But, what if you’re out of town and want to get started now in advance of your visit?
